Support Email

For general support, account access questions, moderation reports, privacy requests, and other Raksha questions, email raksha.game.studios@gmail.com.

Include the route, match id, bot id, profile id, browser/device details, and screenshots or clips when they help explain the issue. Raksha reviews messages as capacity allows and prioritizes safety, account access, privacy, and service-integrity issues.

Bug Reports

For gameplay or site bugs, use the GitHub bug report template when possible. Deterministic details help: reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, match seed or match id, platform, browser, and any visible error.

If GitHub is not a good fit, email the same details to raksha.game.studios@gmail.com.

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, account data requests, or requests to review, correct, or delete information where available, email raksha.game.studios@gmail.com and mark the subject as a privacy request.

We may need information to verify the account or device-bound profile before acting on a request. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data Raksha may collect and how they are used.

UGC and Moderation Reports

Report harmful usernames, bot names, bot lore, profile content, community submissions, spam, impersonation, infringing content, or attempts to bypass bot/runtime restrictions through this page or by emailing raksha.game.studios@gmail.com.

Include a direct link, screenshot, bot id, profile id, or match id when available. Raksha may remove content, reject submissions, retire bots, restrict accounts, or hide public records when needed for safety, fairness, or service integrity.

Community and Feedback

You can join the Raksha community through Discord or share feature ideas through the GitHub feature request template.

Public submissions must follow the user content rules and moderation rules.
