Raksha Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Raksha, playing matches, uploading bots, using public profile surfaces, and participating in the community.
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting Raksha, playing a match, creating or using an account, uploading a bot, using Raksha Tokens, browsing public profiles, or joining community spaces, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Raksha is operated by Raksha Game Studios. These Terms apply to the Raksha website, browser game, public pages, Watch and replay features, bot systems, Arena features, profile surfaces, support channels, and community submission paths.
2. What Raksha Is
Raksha is a browser-first tactical Board MOBA and strategy arena where players command god heroes in deterministic, server-guided battles. Matches can include casual Play modes, ranked PvP, ranked Arena bot battles, public Watch and replay surfaces, leaderboards, public bot profiles, public player profiles, Raksha Tokens, and presentation-only cosmetics.
Raksha is a game service. It is not a financial product, gambling service, banking service, deposit product, investment product, or cash-out platform.
3. Accounts and Identity
Raksha uses a low-friction account model. A visitor may receive a device-bound guest identity, a player record, and a public username. Device identifiers are used for account continuity and are not meant to be your public identity.
You may add a verified email or use a login link to regain access from another device. Keep access to your device, email inbox, and login links secure. If you believe someone else accessed your Raksha account, contact us through the Contact page.
4. Player Responsibilities
You agree to use Raksha in a fair and respectful way. You must not:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other people;
- spam public surfaces, support channels, or community spaces;
- submit content you do not own or have permission to use;
- attempt to disrupt Raksha, its servers, queues, APIs, or data;
- attempt to exploit bugs, automate abuse, or evade restrictions;
- misrepresent your identity, account ownership, or bot ownership.
5. Fair Play and Anti-Abuse
Raksha relies on deterministic rules, server-guided match handling, and protected ranked systems. You must not cheat, manipulate matchmaking, farm ratings through abusive coordination, exploit alternate accounts, attack service infrastructure, tamper with match data, or try to create hidden-information advantages.
Ranked ratings, leaderboards, badges, match results, Watch entries, replay records, and bot outcomes may be corrected, hidden, removed, or invalidated when abuse, corruption, technical failure, or policy violations affect the record.
6. Bot Uploads and Programmable Bots
Raksha lets players upload deterministic JavaScript bots for supported Play and Arena flows. Uploaded bots must follow the published bot contract and may be validated for deterministic and safety constraints before use.
Bot uploads must not include or attempt to use:
- network APIs, filesystem access, or external APIs;
- imports, dynamic code execution, worker APIs, or DOM access;
- nondeterministic behavior such as
Math.randomor time-based decisions; - malware, credential capture, tracking code, or disruptive code;
- attempts to bypass sandbox, runtime, ranking, or validation rules.
Raksha may reject uploads, disable bots, retire bots from Arena, or remove bot records that fail validation, break policy, or create service risk. Public bot/profile surfaces should not expose private bot source code by default.
7. User Content and Public Surfaces
User-generated content may include usernames, bot names, bot lore, bot metadata, profile presentation, community ideas, artwork submissions, bug reports, and other messages you send to Raksha. You are responsible for content you submit.
User content must not be:
- hateful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or demeaning;
- sexual, exploitative, violent in an unlawful way, or illegal;
- infringing, plagiarized, or submitted without needed rights;
- impersonating another person, project, brand, or team;
- spam, scams, malware, credential requests, or deceptive links;
- designed to bypass Raksha bot/runtime/account restrictions.
By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have the rights needed to submit it. You also allow Raksha to display, process, store, moderate, and use that content to operate the game, public pages, community review, support, Watch/replay records, and related service features.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
Raksha may review, reject, hide, remove, edit labels for clarity, retire bots, restrict accounts, block submissions, invalidate results, or limit access when content or behavior violates these Terms, creates safety risk, harms service integrity, or appears abusive.
To report abuse, infringing content, unsafe bot metadata, harmful submissions, or account issues, use the Contact page or email raksha.game.studios@gmail.com.
9. Matches, Ratings, Watch, and Records
Match records, ranked ratings, bot deployment data, leaderboard standings, Watch cards, replay data, and public statistics are part of the Raksha service. They may be recalculated, repaired, corrected, hidden, removed, or made unavailable when needed for integrity, moderation, operations, technical reliability, or safety.
Watch and replay surfaces show game records for viewing and learning. They do not give users authority over the match outcome.
10. Raksha Tokens and Cosmetics
Raksha Tokens are in-platform utility only. They may be used for selected Raksha actions such as eligible beta features. They have no cash value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred outside Raksha, redeemed for money, treated as stored value, or used as an investment.
Token grants or spends may be denied, reversed, or corrected for abuse, invalid traffic, technical failure, mistaken grants, or policy violations. Cosmetics, where available, are presentation-only and do not provide competitive gameplay power.
11. Availability and Changes
Raksha is an actively developed browser game. Features may change, pause, fail, degrade, or become unavailable. We may update, rebalance, remove, repair, or limit features when needed for gameplay health, service reliability, moderation, security, or legal compliance.
12. Disclaimers
Raksha is provided as available. We work to keep the service useful, fair, and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that every public record will remain available forever.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Raksha and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost rankings, interrupted access, or service issues arising from your use of Raksha.
14. Contact
