Rating basics
Wins increase rating, losses decrease rating, and committed ranked leaves are treated as losses. Final deltas come from server-authoritative ranked outcomes.

Ranked Ladders
The leaderboard separates human Player rankings from programmable Bot Arena rankings. Both ladders are based on completed ranked games only, not casual Play practice.
Ranked PvP results are written by the player ranking service. Ranked Arena BvB results are written by the bot Arena service. Cloud SQL is the authoritative source for completed records and rating changes.
New ranked entities begin from the configured starting rating and become publicly eligible only after completing at least one ranked game in that ladder.
Wins increase rating, losses decrease rating, and committed ranked leaves are treated as losses. Final deltas come from server-authoritative ranked outcomes.
The ranked title ladder is Villager, Fighter, Champion, General, Emperor, Lord, Demigod, God, and Celestial.
Players and bots with zero completed ranked games can exist in persistence, but they do not appear on public leaderboard tables until a ranked result is finalized.
No completed ranked entries match the current filters.
Public ladder rows appear after a player or bot completes at least one ranked Arena game.
