Raksha Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Raksha handles personal information across the website, browser game, and related services.

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

This policy is specific to Raksha's browser game, public content pages, device-bound guest profiles, optional account verification, bots, Watch, ranked records, analytics, and advertising disclosures.

1. Introduction

Raksha values user privacy and aims to be transparent about how data is handled. This Privacy Policy applies to the Raksha website, browser-first strategy game, Watch and replay features, bot and Arena features, and related services operated by Raksha Game Studios(collectively, the "Services").

Raksha is delivered as a browser-first service on the canonical public host raksha.gg and supporting cloud infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Raksha, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information, such as display name, account identifiers, device-bound guest identity, verified email state, and login-link related data.
  • Device and browser information, such as browser type, device type, operating system, language, approximate location data inferred from IP, and technical identifiers.
  • Gameplay and activity information, including match participation, move history, ranked and Arena outcomes, Watch activity, and replay interactions. Public player and bot profile pages may show selected ranked records, bot summaries, and match history.
  • Bot and game configuration data, including uploaded bot metadata, bot names, bot authors, bot lore, source submitted for validation, validation results, checksums, and related configuration inputs.
  • Analytics and usage information, including feature usage, navigation behavior, and engagement metrics.
  • Communications and support messages, including requests sent to support or community channels.
  • Community and user-generated content signals, including usernames, bot metadata, profile-facing content, reports, submissions, and moderation context.
  • Advertising-related information, including ad request and delivery signals, ad interaction events, and anti-fraud indicators.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect information:

  • Directly from you when you register, play, configure bots, upload bots, contact support, report abuse, submit community ideas, or otherwise interact with Raksha.
  • Automatically through browser and device technologies when you use the Services.
  • From third-party tools and providers that support ad delivery, analytics, hosting, authentication, security, monitoring, and service reliability.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Raksha and our partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, SDK-style tags, log files, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to:

  • Keep services running and secure.
  • Remember preferences and session state.
  • Measure performance, traffic, and feature usage.
  • Deliver, limit, and measure advertisements.
  • Detect abuse, invalid traffic, and fraud.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Ads

Raksha may use Google advertising products, including Google AdSense. The site already publishes a Google AdSense account signal and `ads.txt` record for that purpose.

When ads are served on Raksha, third-party advertising providers may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to collect information resulting from ad serving, ad measurement, frequency capping, personalization (where applicable), and fraud prevention.

You may see ads delivered by third parties, and those third parties may collect information through ad content, ad tags, or related technologies subject to their own policies.

If rewarded ads are enabled, ad engagement may grant in-platform benefits such as Raksha Tokens according to Raksha rules. Rewarded ad benefits are non-cash, non-transferable, and limited to in-platform use. Rewards may be account-bound and may be withheld or reversed for abuse, invalid traffic, technical failure, or policy violations.

Google provides additional information here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

6. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Raksha may use analytics and operational tooling to understand:

  • Gameplay trends and feature adoption.
  • Service performance, uptime, and latency.
  • Reliability diagnostics, error logging, and crash reporting (if enabled).
  • Security events, abuse patterns, and fraud signals.

7. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve Raksha.
  • Support account access, gameplay, Arena systems, and Watch flows.
  • Validate uploaded bots for deterministic and safety constraints.
  • Display public player, bot, leaderboard, Watch, and replay records.
  • Personalize user experience where applicable.
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries.

  • Protect service integrity and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Review reports and moderate unsafe or abusive public content.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform rules.

8. Public Content and Moderation

Raksha includes public or semi-public surfaces such as usernames, bot names, bot lore, bot profile summaries, leaderboard entries, Watch/replay records, and community submissions. Do not place private information or private bot source code in public-facing profile, bot, or submission fields.

We may review reports, remove harmful or infringing content, reject unsafe bot uploads, retire bots from public or ranked use, or restrict accounts when needed to protect players, service integrity, or Raksha's deterministic runtime.

To report abuse, moderation concerns, or exposed private information, use the Contact page. Acceptable-use rules are described in the Terms of Service.

Match records, ranked outcomes, Watch/replay artifacts, bot upload records, and moderation evidence may be retained where needed to preserve game integrity, investigate abuse, or maintain public records.
